    An English-speaking chef and service manager will be present at your event. The service manager, who trained our waitstaff in service standards, will oversee the entire team on-site and stay in constant contact with you throughout the event. This is not just catering — it’s full on-site support.

    We offer ready-made packages, but we also work à la carte — tailoring our service to your budget, tastes, and event style. Only vegan dishes? Or something different? No problem. We will create a menu that’s just right for you. Your satisfaction and the success of your event are our top priorities.

    We work with the best local suppliers and farmers, using only fresh ingredients. And if you’re looking for something special, we have premium options available — from beef sourced in the USA and Australia to black caviar.
  • Flexible payment options
    PT Bali Prime Catering is a registered company with all the necessary licences. We offer convenient payment options: cash, bank transfer to the company’s account, payment via link, or card payment through a terminal (EDC).

HOW IT WORKS

  • 01 / Give us a call or send a request to start planning your event.
  • 02 / Choose your package, and our manager will prepare a personalised offer just for you.
  • 03 / Once confirmed, we’ll prepare an invoice and a catering order that includes all selected dishes, portions, and other details.
  • 04 / To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance can be settled up to two weeks before the event.
  • 05 / Our service manager will reach you out to clarify any allergies, visit the venue, and help you plan the timing of the meal service.
  • 06 / On the day of your event, we arrive a few hours before service begins to set everything up — so you can enjoy your celebration!
